HANDS DOWN THE BEST OLIVE GARDEN EVER!!! The front staff were really nice and helped us get a server fast. Shoutout to Vivian server who was kind, patient, understanding, hospitable, and for the AMAZING customer service. I’ve never had such a smooth Olive Garden experience until tonight. I used to go to the Olive Garden by Riverside a lot but I have never received such fantastic & quick service like this location. Everyone had a welcoming aura in this restaurant and thanks to that experience I’m making this Olive Garden my go to now. Thank you Vivian, you really made our night! You deserve THE WORLD!
We ordered online and the service was exemplary. The restaurant texted us advising to Check In upon arrival and remain in car since we ordered Curbside. This location is extremely organized and provided us with fast and friendly service. It was convenient being able to park in assigned "ToGo order" spots. Our food was fresh with great presentation and best of all, our order was perfect and taken out at time promised.
Haven't been here since the pandemic. Still Great Food and Service!
My plate was full but I was told the portions have shrunk significantly, particularly with the Tour of Italy plate.
Sunday lunch. Instead 15 minute waiting we we sat at the bar. Attentive waitress. Fried calamari tasty, not over cooked although a bit chewy. Meat sauce pasta and shrimp scampi tasted good as expected. The Italian red blend wine is a bargain and fitted rather well. Overall, consistent food quality and taste.Food: 4/5
The Service was horrible. I first called to make a reservation and was told no reservations first come first served. I went there with my family to celebrate my Son's promotion. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old Grand babies along with 5 other family members. I was first told that it would be a 25 minute wait and to give my email address so that they could contact me for seating. The App that I was told to check in didnt work so we stayed inside waiting to be seated. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes while we all stood and waited with small babies. I also noticed that they were seating families that came after I came and once seated the waitress kept disappearing and someone else had to eventually help us. We finally received our salad and bread sticks 40 minutes after being seated. Horrible Service?! I will not be returning!!
Portions are large! Too much to comfortable eat. After the fact, server suggested we could have split an order...silly us,we didn't ask? Good food and service. A bit over priced. Would have been more reasonable if we had split an order.
Went there after my Mother-in-laws Service at the National Cemetery on Van Buren with my Husband, Daughter, me and our dear friend. We were very satisfied with the service and the delicious food. My Husband's Mother would of loved it too. So thank you for being there.
Been here a few times n decided to create my own dish. Which I did not know. Something different for a change n I like the choices that I can pick, ty olive garden n our server was in top of everything. Always asking if we needed anything. Thank you.Food: 4/5
I rarely leave reviews, but the fantastic customer service my girlfriend and I were met with warranted one. Cynthia has been one of the best servers we have ever had. Attentive, cordial, and knowledgeable would describe the service received. She not only provided moments of laughter, but made sure the food came out phenomenal and fast. We never ran out of anything at the table, whether it be alfredo dip, shirley temples hers are the best, breadsticks, soup, salad etc… The wait time to be seated was fast, mostly because we penciled ourselves down on the online waitlist. The restaurant was clean and well kept, the music tasteful, and the food was the usual.
