I always have enjoyed olive garden. This was my first time at this particular one, and my experience wasn't the best. The service was decent and the food, like always, was great! My only complaint was that we had waited FOREVER to finally receive our food. My grandpa had ordered a soup and salad. His came out right away. By the time he had finished my grandmother and I still hadn't received our food! We had ordered an appetizer and then got a salad for the table and breaksticks. While waiting we had eaten all the appetizers that we were barely even hungry enough for our entrees. After about 30 minutes of waiting, our food finally came. The food was great except it's hard to enjoy a meal when you're barely even hungry anymore after appetizers that the server told us would be "good" to order. This obviously wasn't a great choice.

terrible food. terrible service. i went with some friends, the waitress only checked on us once or twice. never came to check for refills or anything. another family came in a short time after us, and she spent most of her time with them, making sure they're food was good, getting refills, etc. we had to flag down other waiters for everything we needed. even our bill. her tip? be a better waitress.

I called a to go order in on a Sunday they said it will be ready in 25 minutes. When I get there I had to wait another 15 and the place was pretty much empty. When my food finally came out they gave me one wrong order and I had to sit there another 20 minutes!!!  The whole time I'm sitting there some kid is banging on the counter like its drums. No discount was even offered.  For some reason no matter what Olive Garden I go to in a different state or location they always get my order wrong.  There needs to be way more effort in customer service especially when there is so much competition out there.

Hello.    I went there with a friend and his family...we ordered the fetichine Alfredo with steak....waited over a hour for the meal....the meals came out the meals where luke warm the steak was black with green paste on it.   Cut into it and needed a chain saw to cut it...the noodles where about a half a cup full.  And the zucinie looked nasty...all for 17.00.   Really disappointing  for a Italian restaurant... .
