Be prepared to get the slowest service of your life. It doesn't matter what time you go or how many  are in your  party nor does it matter if you made a reservation--- it will take   10 minutes for  drinks to even get to the table from the time you are seated.  

Unfortunately, my coworkers really like this place so we go all the time  (never during the normal "lunch rush") . Pro tip: Try to give your drink order as you are being seated.  

Oh yeah,  dont look at the ceilings or you might not want to eat there.

The food and drinks are good, but the service not so.  I went there for my son's first birthday, my waiter was a young man by the name of Jimmy D he was the BEST and because of him my day was a bit satisfying. He was extremely professional he knows the menu very well and gave us a lot of help for suggestions from appetizers all the way through dessert.. He wanted to sing Happy Birthday to my son with the rest of the crew but the hostess said no because he was a little boy, that's why I'm not giving them five star it doesn't matter what age if a person is there to spend money and it's their birthday just sing the dam song!!! Jimmy D, your the best, but won't be coming back anytime soon....

Ordered thru their app. Was very convenient. Food was absolutely delicious and the woman at the pick up counter was very pleasant. Greeted me with a smile..went through my order to make sure everything was there.

Ordered take home food. Went in to pick up. No one at pick up desk. Walked into bar and bartender tried to help by calling for my pick up. Waited 15 more mins. Went back to bar and had bartender try again. After another 5 minutes, man came out carrying food. He placed food on counter next to another order that had been sitting there the whole time. The order sitting there all that time was mine. I was a bit ticked off by now and had a conversation with the guy who brought out the other order about the food going to be cold. He called a manager who apologized and was going to discount it for me. He changed his mind and comped the whole amount. They did offer to remake it but by this time, I was in no mood to wait longer, so I took my "warm" food home. Had to reheat, but probably would have had to anyway. So, all in all the manager did a good job defusing  the situation. Comping was a nice gesture. I do not recommend take home and will not do it again, although I may come back to order in.

It's good. Typical Olive Garden. There's more authentic Italian around the corner, but not a bad place overall
