When I called (three times), Oliver picked up the phone on the first ring every time. I asked him not to include any daisies in my Deal of the Day arrangement and he put together a really beautiful arrangement without any daisies. The free delivery for local deliveries was also great and I got an email delivery confirmation as soon as they were delivered. Great service, great arrangement.

I never write reviews but I had to for this. Karen from this shop did my wedding flowers for the tables, my bouquet and my flower girls bouquets and my husbands boutonniere. Karen was amazing! The flowers were truly the most beautiful I have ever seen. So grateful I was recommended to Oliver Flowers and Karen.

Their shop is great! Their pick up bouquets are good for that last minute event. Their prom sets are well worth the money.

I ordered flowers for my daughter and they were never received.  I checked with the hospital where she was an inpatient and they had no record of them being delivered.  I wish I had read other reviews more carefully before ordering from here.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER  from here. This is my first ever review for any place or any item (good or bad), because I'm lazy to write one. So, you can imagine how bad this place is when I'm taking pain to write a review against them. Never have I ever come across a business who are so unprofessional.
- Aggressive tone when you report the issue
- Would never agree to their mistake and will try to prove that it's because of you their delivery failed; wrong address, wrong date or even incomplete information
- They claim that they can't screw up the order because they're in this business for 40 years. That's their reasoning to prove that it must be the customer's mistake.

They talk to you as if they are doing you a favor by agreeing to deliver what you want, when you place the order. My order was never delivered. The occasion was ruined, of course, but I though maybe it might be a genuine mistake so I went to talk to them to inquire as to what had happened. Their first reaction was that it's somehow my fault that they couldn't deliver although their system showed that they did deliver. Never even accepted their mistake and talked in an aggressive tone.
If you don't want to ruin your special occasion, I would suggest there are 100 other places where you can get a better service.
