I would NOT recommend this transportation company.  Once they forgot to pickup my daughter for almost an hour to bring her home and just the other day she was picked up at 4:30 in Branford to come home in Clinton - they must not have enough drivers because she was driven to New Haven to drop off someone else then had to pickup someone and drop off... she did not get home until 6:10pm (1 hr and 40 minutes for a 20 minute drive)!  I was not notified that my daughter was going to be driving around the streets of new haven! I contacted the owner and he told me that he gives me permission to yell at the driver when he gets to the house! Seriously??  NOT ENOUGH DRIVERS AND COMMUNICATION IS AWFUL.

I would not recommend this company . The company manager Don Pritchard is so unprofessional.  First of all he does not have enough drivers and the few he has he over books.  My daughter is disabled and  uses this transportation company to get to medical appointments.  Numerous of times they didn't show up on schedule to pick her up,  even left her stranded at doctors office not showing up to bring her home.  
Last week she had a doctors appointment for 10 AM and was schedule for a pick up at 9:05 AM.  My daughter informed me how the driver called her at 7AM to confirm the ride which was scheduled for 9:05 AM.  She also told the company many times please not to call before 8 AM which is the time when the company is open.  She had explained to them that she has a mother who lives next door that is ill ,  I her Mom am diabetic, have heart and lung problems , etc.   When my daughters phone rang at 7 AM  not only did it wake up my daughter it frighten her,  she thought it may have been ( me her mother calling for emergency)  she answered the phone and it was Olsen Transportation.   
That day the driver showed up to pick her up on time at 9:05  but she ran into more problems on her return trip which was scheduled to pick her up at 10 : 20 AM.    She waited til 10 :30 AM , contacted Olsen and spoke to Don.  She told Don that she was in the lobby of the doctors building and that there was no heat on and that it was very cold and windy, she told Don that she would wait upstairs in the Doctors office and that the office has no windows and that she would not be able to see the driver when he comes , she asked Don politely how long it would take for the driver to come and also if he could contact the driver and give the driver her cell phone number to contact her upon arrival. Don replied to my daughter that she was on her own and that he had no idea who the driver is nor what time he was going to pick up my daughter also he had the nerve to tell my daughter to wait out doors in the cold weather.
Again may I  state Don Pritchard is the manager of Olsen Transportation , shouldn't the manager know what drivers are available,  also have contact numbers of the drivers , etc.   Don was not only rude but very unprofessional.  My daughter nor any other disabled person should be treated this way,  This is very un called for. 
 There was also another time that my daughter was left stranded at her doctors appointment she even called that morning to confirm her ride,  when she was finished with her appointment they did not show to pick her up,  She spoke to Don and he stated that she was not scheduled a return ride home  inwhich she was scheduled.  I personally called and spoke to Don myself ,  informed him that I was very ill with bronchitis and could not go pick up my daughter, that she had no other way of getting home and that if he does not get a driver  to pick up my daughter and get her home safely,  that I  personally would contact and report him to the local police department , Finally he got a driver to go and  pick her up.  
Don needs to run his company more responsibly ,  other wise not book the rides if he can not conduct business properly.....
