They have grown from two warehouses to seven in four years. The owners work aggressively to meet the needs of their customers and often call on us to quickly add features or bend over backwards to meet their customer’s requests. The impressive growth comes from hard work and dedicated customer service.  The recent addition of their new warehouse operations manager, Rick, is yet another step in their commitment to running a professional, efficient contract/3PL warehousing operation.

I have worked with R&R Freight Services for many years now and I have had nothing but the best experience with them. Their professionalism and personal care for every customer that they have and the freight that they are moving is second to none in the business. If you are looking to get your freight moved in timely fashion with care and precision this is the company to use.

PPI Gas is a northeast distributor of critical natural gas construction materials. Our company has used R&R for all of our shipping needs for about 5 years. Whether it is a scheduled monthly delivery, same day pick up, or needing a driver to get product to a customer in an emergency situation, R&R is always there to answer the call. They have even delivered to a utility in Maine on a Saturday morning, and showed up on the job site before the crew did. That kind of attention to detail goes a long way with our customer base. I would highly recommend R&R Freight.

I wish I didn't even have to put 1 star, they deserve negatives. Extremely rude and unprofessional freight broker. All they do is double broker their loads all day long, they are rude on the phone, and do not care about the carriers that run their double brokered freight. They have no customers, I just learned from an employee of theirs that every single load they move has been either consolidated or double brokered. If you care of your freight, do not give it to them. Its brokers like this that have ruined the freight industry. Stay away, carriers beware.
