Staff were nice. However, the first time I went though, I noticed I had this tiny white spots on my car hood where it took off the paint...might have been where there were tiny paint bubbles. Did the brushless the second time but reconsidered since the damage was already done so makes no difference going through the regular wash now. Powerful wash I guess...good and bad depending on your car condition.

Quite easy and the tunnel wash is always a fun experience. There was no indication that they did the “extra” that I purchased but I assume they did. Also, it was a bit unclear that I did not have to be a member when I pulled up to the kiosk.

I always go for the toughness automatic shower as it minimizes the swirl mark on paints.
I am on their monthly service. Wish they had free vacuums for ultimate customers like other carwash does on KC  and Oak park location

Love it! People are very nice. Nice car wash. Always clean and does the job well.

Leaves swirl marks on every part of any vehicle I take through.  Avoid because there is no way to undo the damage once it's been done.  Especially noticeable on plastic trim pieces, but also can be seen on clear-coat on sunny days.  =(
