Customer service is alive and well here. They have a great selection of kayaks, but even better, they have DREW. He helped me choose the right kayak for my ability level and the type of kayaking I want to do. He was patient and kind with my endless questions. On top of that, I was about to pay a steep delivery fee to get the kayak to Olympia, but he figured out a way to get it on top of my pickup truck/camper shell and it arrived safe and sound. I had never even heard of Port Gamble, but it's a cute little town with lots to see and do. I will definitely be back for kayak #2 soon!

Outstanding service on two visits! Drew is super knowledgeable and helped me pick the right drysuit and kayak without making me feel like more of a dummy than I am. Huge selection of all the best stuff. I bought a drysuit and was so stoked on the service I knew it would be my first choice for a new kayak. Got a smokin' deal on a new boat there this weekend, thanks drew!

Store is cramped employee's don't appear to want to answer any questions and seem annoyed by customers. He interrupted me so he could help a delivery driver. I was looking to spend a lot of money on a new kayak and gear not anymore. I will not shop here again.

Friendly staff and very pleasant scenery for a kayak outing. We did the 2hour ($36) and stopped on a beach for a picnic.

After being stranded due to some bike mechanical I was picked up by a staff member who went way above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service. Super friendly staff.
