From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly. I was greeted by Lourdes, whom I scheduled my appointment with. She was very jovial and accommodating. My facial was awesome, Melana was wonderful, so pleasant. The message was completely above and beyond what I expected, the best I ever had. The staff is very friendly and inviting. "I will definitely go back.

Whoever is Diane or rater728 could not be more wrong about this Chase Evans Salon. First of all I have been a clint at this salon for many years and with the same stylist. I always get very prompt service and attention. I always love the way my hair comes out and receive several compliments from strangers on how beautiful it is. Not only did they purchase the most beautiful state of the art pedicure chairs but the massage features on the chairs are wonderful. None of the chairs in this salon are ripped and the place is very clean. I love this salon and I recommend it to several people which have also become long term clients. The prices are just as comprable to other salon's and in my opinion cheaper. If you want the best massage of your life let Molina give you one.

This salon had horrible service, i was forced to wait for hours to then deal with the unceasing banter of the stylist that was supposed to be doing my hair as she gossiped with her coworker. The chair i was placed in after my long wait was old and tattered and the whole place was a mess. Not only was i shocked by the unprofessional behavior of these people but to my surprise the owner Harriet and manager Lourdes were there as well. I was very disappointed with the service and felt incredibly over charged. I will not be returning to this salon or recommending it to anyone.
