If you are a profisinal painter and plan on working for the painting division for this company I warn you that the room for advancement is non existent and the overall work ethic there is horrible where leads watch you work and complain about you to they're managers while they boast about themselves doing nothing but " organizing " in a whole 10 hour shift. They're painters or not painters just guys that don't know anything else might as well hire guys that paint they're grandma's garage with a brush. I don't understand how they still have the Microsoft campus  contracts. Don't expect to be taking seriously. If you just want a paycheck this is the place for you.
