I use to like this store but its changed. The prices have skyrocketed. They get you to sign up for a reward card that never works. I keep giving my info to fix it and nothing so its pointless to have one. This "Tara" is never helpful when asked about and is always condescending. Why is she the only one i can talk to you about it? Why have only 1 person who can do her job? What use to be a great place is now a bad shopping experience. Never going back

I love their clothes and love how it was organized. Only complaint is that I found a bunch of purses one day and got to the register to find that the purses and home items do not receive the discount according to the color of the day. It only applies to clothing only. Which should have been explained on the board. Please change that. Goodwill allows all items to be discounted including home decor items and books with whatever color they have for the day.

So impressed by this thrift store! There's FINALLY a good one in Orlando! I was really excited that they actually divide their clothes by size.  Often thrift stores around here only separate by color and you have to go through all the racks to find your fit.  They have daily sales according to the tag colors which pushed me to buy more than I planned. The employees that I encountered were very nice and helpful. There was a young man who was taking care of the dressing rooms and the woman at the counter who told me about their rewards program. Yes, A REWARDS PROGRAM. So I can actually save even more money.  I have been talking about this place nonstop to my friends. I bought 7 items in this first visit and I love every last one of them. I can not WAIT to go back! Please stick around forever!

I love this place! I'm losing weight hence running out of clothes all the time. Walked in tried on 4 great pair of shorts all fit and very reasonable!

I think that if it’s such a hassle for staff to unlock dressing rooms, you should just leave them unlocked. I was in today to look for jeans. Waited patiently to try them on. When a dressing room opened I wasn’t quick enough to grab the door, so stood near the door and waited for one of the two employees to unlock it. Both ladies looked at me, then went back to sorting clothes. After a little while one turned back to me, rolled her eyes, pointed to a spot behind her, and said “The line is THERE.” I was the only person waiting for a room. 

Is it necessary to be so rude? I’m sorry that you don’t want to work here, but please don’t take it out on me. I shop here often and it’s a good store, I want to leave a good review next time.
