My experience with Baer's Furniture has been positive for the most part. The product quality is superb. The two gentlemen that delivered the first sofa sectional were unfamiliar with the product and the legs were installed incorrectly causing me to reject the delivery. They proceeded to just jam the furniture back into the truck without regard for the furniture. This resulted in damaging the power cord on one of the recliners. Toni Stores our sales rep quickly remediated the problem by ordering a replacement sectional & arranged a loaner (the 1st sectional)....which upon redelivery by a crew that knew their product as they were able to put the legs on correctly and set us up until arrival of the new replacement sectional. Thorough training would have prevented this scenario (product knowledge & care in handling). Delivery crew Matt & Rick (I believe) - out of the Melbourne store were very professional & knew their product. Request these guys to do your delivery.

I can't say enough about this shopping experience! I went on Black Friday to purchase an advertised chair for our bedroom; for $197 & to replace a leather recliner in our family room. Salesman Robert, who really worked hard with us, on finding the perfect recliner that matched our contemporary style, that also had to match our existing leather couches. Bedroom chair we took home & recliner was on back order till Jan 18'. Not even 1 hr after leaving store, Robert called & said he was able to switch with someone who was not ready for delivery... and here I sit... Tues morning , 4 days later... on our chair writing this review! The delivery process was organized & painless. The day before I rec'd a text confirming window for delivery of 10am - 1pm. All I had to do was press "confirm" in text. This morning I rec'd voice message they are 15 min away... and they were!! Great Experience 👍🏻

Mostly everything was great. I really don’t like how the sales team is so heavily reliant on commissions that if your sales person is not in no other sales rep wants to help you. If that’s the case the. The original rep needs to be available at all times for questions and additions to the original sales ticket...things like that. We had to add and subtract a few items, and adding an item the sales person was “on it”. But when we had to delete a product from order it was hard to get ahold of the rep. So maybe instead of creating all of these “mega center” Baers facilities...maybe take some of that capital and lessen the commissions so the reps can help anyone that calls or comes in for help. Would have been 5 stars if not for this major frustration. I must say the customer service team in house is great out of Oviedo. The delivery guys are great, and didn’t damage anything...good guys out of the Melbourne delivery team.

My husband and I were very happy with our shopping experience at Baers. Maggie did a great job helping my husband pick out the furniture we needed and she followed through with making sure our delivery happened on time. The delivery of the furniture was done professionally. The two delivery men were on time and assembled everything we needed. Our experience with Baers was a positive one.

I love dealing with Baer's. I love being able to walk in at any point and have a sale, I've always had very helpful sales people and the delivery men have always been wonderful. Quality Furniture and great service, I couldn't be happier. That's why I keep coming back!
