No one answered the phone for literally 8 days. No one responding to the emails in the email portal. No one responding to the pharmacy regarding prescription refill. Now today someone finally answers phone after having me on hold 7 minutes to tell me I have to come in as I haven't been seen in 3 months for a script. Okay fine, but had you answered the phone this could have been avoided. Now attempting to do a video conference appointment and have been waiting for about 45 minutes. We shall see how this goes. Time for a new PCP. Don't nobody got time for these standing up patients shenanigans.

I have been a client of OMNI for over three years and I have seen 3 out of 4 doctors during my visits there and the doctors were all nice. My primary doctor is Dr. Otiji. Dr. Otiji listens to your concerns and I never feel rushed when I am talking to her which is very important to me. If a doctor is rushing they can't possibly hear all of your concerns because they are to busy trying to get to the next patient. I can be very animated at times and I like the fact that Dr. Otiji can reel me in politely. She is very welcoming and has a great sense of humor. The only reason that I did not give OMNI five stars is because when calling into the office it is sometimes difficult to reach a live person. Overall, I would rate them with a 4.5.

This is actually a terrible place to come for urgent care. For starters the wait is EXTREMELY long. The waiting room isn't well kept at all and it's always a funny smell whenever I come. The Doctors and nurses are just as bad smh. If you are looking for a PCP DO NOT come here. After today I will be changing my doctor immediately. Zero stars if I could.

Left my husband on hold for 15 min when asking for his results back, he hung up and called back, there is no one answering the phones at 3pm. I cannot find the hours of operation on their site. There is no answering service or anything that states to leave a message, just a beep in the ear. Extremely unprofessional. Here we are 6 months later and still incompetent, needed to a get a prescription changed to a generic brand. Pharmacy has been calling for 3 days, they have been hung up on, paperwork has been faxed, still no reply. No replies to my emails, no one will answer the phone. Only reason he goes here is because I made a mistake and forgot to choose a doctor and this place was chosen for us. Won't make the same mistake twice. Doctors are great but the staff makes the experience not worth seeing them.
