I have had my stuff stored here for over a year. I had a little struggle with finances recently and missed a payment. They were so quick to auction my stuff, it is unbelievable! They go into the unit and take pictures of my property and stuff in storage so they can auction it. There are so many hidden fines and fees that you are paying double for the rented unit. It's ridiculous. So upsetting and the manager is a very unreasonable, non trusting, unprofessional B. Totally can not trust them! I am getting my stuff out as quickly as possible and moving to another storage that is surely better than this. I advise others to do the same or for those that are looking at this storage facility to stay away.

Great customer service!  Zero hassle! Plus use of a truck for moving. I would highly recommend On Guard for all of your storage needs! :)

Was looking for a storage unit and stopped by their office to see if they had climate controlled units.  No climate control, so we didn't use their facility, but the gal at the office, Lace, was very helpful with recommendations to their other facility in Pasco and other facilities in Richland with climate control.  She was very kind and helpful. Top notch service!

Prices are a bit more than most but security is top notch and customer service here is awesome! Plus they have a moving van to use for free within a certain radius the first time. After that the prices are competitive with U-haul.
