Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

On the Veteran's Day, they have a pretty good selection and amount of food. All food was great and they provided some additional free tortilla chips and salsa to take with us. Waitress was excellent too. 4 stars out of 5 because of some dust on a floor and in corners.

I’ve honestly just had one of the best experiences at a restaurant ever tonight. The service was fast, the server was competent and attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable and had amazing insight to share. I’ll definitely be frequenting this restaurant more often.

Update - Area director contacted us after this visit with a sincere apology and offered gift certificates for a return visit. Thank you OTB. While we frequently visit and have positive experiences, today has changed that outlook. We waited much longer than normal for beverage orders and at least 15 minutes before chips and salsa arrived. Tables seated after us received drinks & chips before us. Our order was standard menu items with no substitutions or special requests. After watching tables receive, and in one case, finish eating their meals; we sought out the manager who was at the tortilla station. He asked what table we sat at, I didn’t know that answer. He asked who our server was, I didn’t know his name. The server approached and told him our table number. Manager yelled back to the kitchen then ended our interaction by saying “we’re doing the best we can... can’t help everyone comes in after church.” Unacceptable. Food arrived a few minutes later, lukewarm and over cooked. This was not the experience we are accustomed to. Even the table next to us, who arrived after us and received food before us, said they had also complained about the speed and quality of service today.

Was pleasantly surprised at how much food I got in my to-go order. It was good, hot and fresh. Only disappointment was my extra side of sour cream for which I was charged more. There was hardly any in the small to-go container. It’s mostly irritating because I’m a sour cream guy, especially with Mexican food. I’ve always loved OTB’s food and it is my go-to choice for chips and salsa from the store. C’mon guys! Don’t be stingy with the condiments!

I used to love On the Border but they seemed to have changed their style some time in the last year, at least at this location. The dishes look a little more well displayed but the portions are much smaller than I remember.
