Management does not train staff to check anything and when they get complaints they just blame the help. Have been coming here for years and have to take breaks because it gets so bad. Only reason for coming back hope for change in management. No such luck. Waited 15 minutes for a pick two although I was the only one waiting for take out. All customers inside had been served. One car in drive through. Ordered a fruit cup cashier said she would make. Manager happened to come out and spoke he recognized me. After not getting fruit cup after 15 minutes asked and was told they would make it. Asked the cashier who had no customers the whole time why. She said manager told her to tell someone else to make it. He just stood there. This is short version. Many more like it.

It's not my style of restaurant. I want my food totally prepared, ready to eat. An apple was served whole and unpealed. I can prepare my fruit at home and not pay extra for it. The flavored tea tasted like slightly flavored water. I don't want to pay for water. The sandwich had two sizes of bread, making for a messy meal. It did taste good.

Love food but pricey. Love the tea varieties. The basil tomato soup is my fave. When they have the squash soup, I'm in heaven.

People seem to love this place and it's hard to understand why. The staff is extremely nice and courteous, so high marks are honestly earned, and while it's nice eating with flatware and glass bowls, you pay dearly for it. While the marketing promotes a healthy living brigade, much of the food is processed and the calorie count is pretty much equal to any of the fast food established. I endorse smaller portion eating, but think it should also conlme with a reduced price.

Food taste fresh. The salads taste like they grew the vegetables out back.
