Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

My husband and I ordered carry out OTB a few nights ago. When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, I did not receive my food for another 20 minutes. I drive home (not very far away) and realize that none of the food in the bad is correct, despite them double checking my order when I  had arrived. So far, it has not been a pleasurable experience. 

We called to make a complaint both about our ridiculous wait time and the incorrect food. The manager, Doug, was incredible. He asked if we lived close enough to be willing to drive back- we could keep all of the original food, they would remake what we actually ordered, we were given a free dessert that evening, and a card for a free entree the next time we come in. 

Despite the fact that we ate our dinner some 40 minutes after we intended, the customer service and resolving of our issue was so outstanding I still rate the experience highly. Thank you Doug!

Ordered lunch for the office and everyone loved it!  We had the fajita buffet and there was plenty of food, it arrived hot and was a hit!  Will definitely order from On the Border again.  It was the first time most of the people had had it and living in a city with "Mexicantown" it ranked right up there for them.

Great service and food... been here many times over and never had a bad experience.  The last two times I had Sam the manager check in on us as a courtesy and she was super cool and professional and personable and just want to give her and get staff a shout out for being a great team and going above and beyond to connect with patrons.  One of my go to places with friends after work because of the atmosphere they create...feeling welcome and not rushed is a major reason!!

Been stopping in for several years always on point: drinks @ the bar, cozy dinning, quick bite, or family dinner!  staff is great, management is friendly, food is fresh!
