I went in today almost all the food was old and had been sitting out for a while. I waited for some fresh orange chicken for 8 minutes because there was none ready. The chick gave me the smallest amount of chicken she could. She could have gave me a nice amount considering I had to wait. Very rude white lady, food not fresh and old, prices still the same for old food. Three strikes and you're out, will not be back to this location.

The sign says open at 10:30 but I showed up at 11:20 and the doors were locked. Besides this, the staff is consistently rude and unprofessional.

The food is good the store is clean. Everything you would expect. What exceeded my expectations though was an employee named Dakota. His customer service is fantastic. I don't know if he's a manager but he needs to be if he's not.

The food is just like every other Panda Express, so you're either going to like the food or you aren't. The service leaves much to be desired. I have no idea why there is also only one person making the plates. There should be multiple employees helping multiple customers so that the line isn't out the door waiting for service. Somehow this specific place always forgets something I ask for. Probably because I know what I want and I am an easy customer to get out the door, but in their haste to take care of me they always forget something.

I just left there. They forgot to give me my steak entree, which I paid an extra $1.50 for. Then I also made a donation. I tried to call up there, but the phone is connected to a fax line
