Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

We went in and was asked if we were okay sitting with the new guy. I said of course because I used to be a server as well and knew how I felt being the new guy.. His name was Jesse and he was such an amazing server. We did not go without.. EVER! We always had our drinks full and had our appetizer right away and chips and salsa. Our food came out nice and hot as well. He was very friendly and outgoing as well! I highly recommend him as a server! My husband and I couldn’t help but leave him a good tip because he was just that great! Good job Jesse you are the only server that I have enjoyed when attending on the border thank you for making us feel like your friends and not just some random customer! Keep up the good work!

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to! Honestly worth a stop if you're in the mood for Mexican. 

The rice, refried beans and black beans are among the best I've ever had. Both my wife and I had burritos! Definitely going to go back in the future.

We ate dinner at On the Border last week (Feb 2018) after not eating at On the Border for years.  Who remembers the GREAT chips and salsa?  Well... we were so incredibly disappointed; the food is just terrible.  The featured burrito was so salty as to be inedible, and with a raw dough texture to the tortilla surrounding it, only the barest hint of cheese sprinkled on the top of the burrito, not even up with a drive-thru quality meal.  The chips taste stale and factory made, way too thin to get any salsa on them before breaking, and the 'chef' has gone with a burned tasting red sauce on everything.  I don't see how this place will be in business too much longer.

Went here for lunch With 4 adults and my toddler son and I have to say, this was the best restaurant experience we have had in a long time. Everything was excellent, the service, the food. I honestly don’t remember the last time I went to a chain restaurant where I was impressed at the taste of the food. They even gave my son a ball of dough to play with because he finished his food before the rest of us.

Solid and lively mexican spot with great service, good food and reasonable prices. Really good happy hour joint too.
