Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

Great experience great food great service. Our server Jeny was completely awesome. She took great care of our kids and knew exactly what we wanted to order off the menu and even specified it for our liking. Would definitely recommend her again.

Josh and Dylan are the best bar tending duo in Colorado Springs. They always remember who you are, what you want, and never make you wait. I have observed their chemistry and magic for years so don’t miss out.

Much better than I was expecting from a chain Colorado Tex-Mex place, having grown up in Texas. I tried the Border sampler plate of all their different appetizers and my daughter had the ultimate fajitas and it was all very good. The margarita was fair but again better than I expected. All in all an interesting dining experience. It was happy hour when I was there and the place was mobbed so the wait staff we're not at their best, but they did the job acceptably well.
Recommended for a quick meal.

The On the Border on North Academy is my go-to OtB, I've been going for decades. This location has a different atmostphere than that one. It feels more upscale but not as cozy. The staff here are just as friendly, though, and the menu is the same. 
I wouldn't call this authentic Mexican food but it's good, filling, reasonably-priced, and I love the chips. I also appreciate their new (as of the past year or two) practice of bringing each diner their own dish of salsa.

I had lunch this past Saturday and was very pleased with the service and attentiveness of Morgan.  She was knowledgeable of the menu (recommended the shrimp fajitas which were very good).  She visited the table often to make sure we were okay, but didn't intrude.
