I was a bit worried about going to Rock Bottom after reading the reviews of the service being slow and the employees being rude but I had a gift card to use, so my hunger and curiosity won. I went early on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. The host was friendly enough as was our waiter. He was very attentive and made sure we had our refills and everything was good. (You were very nice, dark haired guy in the glasses. Sorry I'm bad at names.) I got a sandwich as well as a cocktail, both of which were good. The food didn't wow us so I don't know how often I'd bother to come back.But if you come at a decent time, I'd say its a good casual spot to hang out.

If it were possible I would leave negative stars... called to make a large party(13) reservation for a birthday within 24 hours of the time I was planning to show. I was told by the hostess to change my plans because the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us. You have got to be kidding me?!!! That’s what you do you’re a restaurant!!  Hostess went on to say that she would prefer to serve guests that they anticipate coming in instead of placing a reservation for me.
Next morning when I called to speak to a manager I was told by her that her hostess was correct in refusing my request because other people make reservations and don’t show up. How unprofessional of your staff to treat your prospective customers as though that have already done wrong. If policy allows reservations to be made then it should be done for all parties the restaurant is capable of accommodating if the restaurant cannot make/manage accommodations that speaks the the managements ability to handle business. Clearly the venue can handle a party of 13 people, why can the staff manage that for a 5:30 dinner?   
I have previously visited this establishment and my experience is usually ok, the service is mediocre but the food is good so not being in the mood for poor service deters me form going. So really if your in the mood for a decent meal and willing to put up with poor service and rude management  this is your place!

One of my favorites! Rock Bottom has a wide variety of Pub style foods and burgers in addition to some very well done, hand crafted beers in their own brewery onsite. Though moderately priced, it is well worth the extra dollar for the quality of food and exceptional customer service. Whether you are meeting with friends or need a cool atmosphere to do some online work, I highly recommend Rock Bottom. Enjoy!!!

Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice for a brewery, The guacamole was made to order and served with seasoned chips and salsa.  The reason why I gave this place a 4 star rating is because the veggie burger, although big, and included black beans, corn, carrots, broccoli, and rice among other things did not have a lot of flavor, nor the consistency of a burger.  I would much prefer to see them serve a umami style veggie burger, that tastes good, and has the look and consistency of a burger.  I’ve seen other dishes coming out of the kitchen and they look pretty good.

Come see Jeremiah, amethyst, amber or the rest of the staff! Have been coming here for over 10 years, absolutely love this place!!! Food and drinks is always on point and staff treats you like family, what else could you ask for!!!! Price is more than fair for the quality of the whole experience!!!! A date night out or family dinner or business gathering??? This is the best place to go, hands down!!!!
