Story

We are a full service, AVEDA salon and spa. Our salon and spa features state of the art amenities including eight beauty stations, hair color bar, shampoo stations, make-up room, manicure/pedicure room, 5 multi-purpose treatment rooms, including our couple’s sweet, spray bronze treatment room, steam shower, and an elegant relaxation room. We retail the whole AVEDA product line, from head to toe, allowing our guests to bring the AVEDA salon and spa experience home with them. AVEDA products are all naturally derived, packaged in eco-friendly containers and never tested on animals. Which is why we love, use, and carry AVEDA. At On the Green we are "Green"! We use environmentally responsible practices in our salon and spa, to take care of our guests and our planet. All of our services we provide to our guests are customized to the meet all their needs. We offer haircuts for ladies, gentlemen, and children, at different stylist levels and pricing. Also, in our salon we offer a shampoo and style, color, highlights, lowlights, perms, hair relaxers, conditioning treatments, scalp treatments, formal styling, and keratin fusion hair extensions. We offer eyebrow tinting and waxing, along with all other body waxing. We have a makeup room where we have Aveda’s full line of mineral makeup, Dinair airbrush makeup, strip lash applications, and eyelash extensions. In our spa, we offer manicures, pedicures, paraffin wax treatment, spray bronzing, many different facial treatments for all skin types, microdermabrasion, all types of massage, reflexology, body wraps, body scrubs, and we have a steam shower. We provide our guests with the ultimate experience and best customer service—it’s our goal! It is our culture at On the Green to give back and do for others! In the Best of Camden County Awards, Camden County has voted us Camden's Best Hair Salon, Best Spa, and Best Customer Service in 2010, 2011, & 2012. Owner and Master Stylist Mary Rose Cannistraro was voted Camden's Best Boss in 2009, 2010, 2011, & 2012 and Camden's Best Hair Stylist in 2011 & 2012. Our mission at On the Green Salon and Day Spa is to give back to society and care for the planet in which we live; with that said The Green Team can always be found doing community service on a regular basis. We also support numerous charities and non-profit organizations regularly; such as Locks of Love, Aveda Earth Month, Camden House, Cut it Out, St. Marys Little Theatre, St. Marys Earthkeepers, Look Good Feel Better, Relay for Life, Skinny on Skin & Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation, just to name a few.
