Had never patroned this location. Needed a cut on a whim and they accommodated me. Rebecca was very nice and thorough. She said that if not enough had been cut off to let her know, as she wanted to ensure I was happy. Revisited the next day, needed additional cutting....there was no charge. Highly recommend Rebecca and Volume Hair Salon.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They catered to my disability and made my experience very Pleasant. I got exactly what I asked for but better since I didn't really know what I was asking for.
