We worked with Becky to plan the shuttle we provided for our wedding guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue. Becky was extremely kind, professional and gave great advice in the planning of our shuttle - We had each shuttle make two runs on each end of the wedding. Becky was always easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had graciously. The drivers were on time, kind, professional, and we had great feedback from our wedding guests. Everything ran very smoothly - all thanks to this company. We really appreciate how easy you made this process for us and our guests! We would suggest this company any time (and have already)!! THANK YOU!!

I used On The Town Limosouines for my anniversary. While the driver, Michael, was tremendous, I was sent a limo that wasn't fully functional. On an anniversary the goal is to have a continuous evening of romanticism, intimacy and privacy. While in the limo, that was stripped from me and my S.O. because the divider between us and the driver would not go up. There were other things that did not work but that was the only thing that mattered to me. This did detract from my evening. Sadly, it is not the main reason I suggest you do not use this limosouine service.

After calling repeatedly and asking to speak to someone who could help (I was informed it was the owner, Len or Lenny, alone who could assist) I finally got to speak with the owner. Mind you, the time I finally got ahold of him, I still had to call him.

With that said, the conversation with the owner left me under the impression Len had never spoken to a customer before. I was calm during my conversation but was met with an extremely rude person. I never received an apology that he never called me or that the limosouine wasnt fully functional and took away from my evening. 

My father started On The Town Limosouines before it merged with Elite limosouine which is what this company's name used to be.

I wanted to return to the service my father started in some way. In the end I was offered $150 credit for a future service. I rejected it in lieu of a lesser refund of $75 that I had to bargain for. 

Why? 

This company proved it doesn't take the time to check its vehicles before they send them out. As a personal note to the owner Len, that touted his 24 years in the industry to me. You may have 24 years of experience in the Limousine business, but somehow my father, with only 5 years of experience, knew you should check your limousines before sending them out to make sure they're as close to 100% as possible and if they were not he would contact the customer prior to their use of the limousine and inform them that it was not fully functional.

Even if the limo is 90 percent it is expected a limosuine will be able to proivde privacy with a divider. If that wasn't a major factor in getting a limosouine I could have spent $200 less and gotten a town car. 

If you do have an issue while using this company its no guarantee you will get a hold of the owner. And when you do, expect hostility and unprofessionalism. I wanted nothing more than to leave a positive review of this company given the emotional ties I have to it. 

If the owner had even been remotely kind or apologetic or professional this review would have been a lot more kind. After my conversation with the owner, Len, it is not this company's inability to provide a fully functional limosuine that will ensure I never use this company again. It is the sour taste in my mouth after speaking to the owner that will make sure I never give this company another penny.

UPDATE: After waiting for a couple weeks for the check, I never received it. I called the company and was informed that I will not be recieving the $75 check. Cannot say I am suprised.

I have used ‘On The Town Limousines’ on many occasions. 

I have never found the service to be anything less that exemplary, the driver is always on time, very respectful, and more than helpful.

Vehicles are always without question luxurious, clean and well appointed.

I have no hesitation in recommending 'On The Town Limousines' to family and friends.
