More than a half hour to dispatch cabs to a business that's literally one street over from your office. Makes no sense. I could send my customers walking to you next time and maybe they'd get served faster. Also, the male dispatcher's voice is consistently aggravated sounding.
Update: It's been an hour now. The woman dispatcher was much nicer to talk to on the phone and was the only one out of the three times I called to provide me an ETA.

The driver was a 5 star but the dispatcher was a zero star. He couldn't be less helpful if he tried. Hey Mr. Dispatcher, if you are that miserable in your job, do something where the public doesn't have to interact with you. You truly are the worst kind of person to have answering the phone. If I owned this business and you treated my customers on the phone like that, I would fire you on the spot.

There's is nothing good to say about this place. You call who ever answers is ride and rushes you off the phone. You wait for a cab to show up and it doesn't atleast not within the hour you called and if you call back to find out where the driver is or how much longer no one picks up or you get the same rude person acting as if you are annoying them by putting money in there pocket

When you call the Dispatcher they are usually very rude except once in a while you get a good one but not very often as for the drivers it's pretty much the same some really suck and others are really cool and talkative believe me I take taxis almost every day as for the Dispatcher problem I've recently started using the Yellow cab of Frederick app it works pretty good a lot of good features I highly recommend the app if you take taxis as often as I do that should be all you use that's my plan from now on I'm not gonna be talked to like that when I call with the app no talking necessary hope this helps you guys I wish someone would have put me on to the app along time ago I'll never go back 😎😎
