I took clothes to sell and had a terrible experience. I walked in the door and stood waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes while there were 3 employees standing at the counter. Finally one asked if I needed help in a very annoyed tone. I was told I would get a text when they were ready and got nothing. I went to the counter and had to wait again without anyone saying a word to me. They offered me a pathetic amount of money for all of the items. I won't sell to them again. I'm not I want to shop there either.

I definitely will not be returning to this store. After my experience I believe that the owner should reconsider laying down some ground rules on the importance of customer service. As I went to check out, the check out person looked right at me as she finished checking out the person in front of me, then walked away. I watched her go right to the corner to mingle w/another associate as I stood there. Mind you, another associate was in plain sight and didn't even acknowledge me being there. Finally, the person she was mingling with told her I was standing there and she came back to check me out. All I can say is shame on them and if you keep employees like that, they will hurt your business tremendously. The customers are your business so make sure you have people on your team who will keep them coming and not drive them away!

Great place to sell back a few things and get stuff at great prices. All my kids' clothes come from here. 

Typical Midwest clientele. Mom is yelling at her kids. Not cause they did anything wrong but because secretly she wishes she married hot Zack from college and not Carl from that benefit dinner. She thinks to herself "I bet Zack's kids don't need a math tutor. God that's expensive."

Went here for soccer shoes for my 12 year old daughter.  Plenty to choose from they keep the place well stocked.  With as fast as kids grow there is no better place to look for good clothing and sports shoes.

I dont reccomend once upon a child. The clothes, coats, boots etc that I looked at where overpriced especially for the condition they where in.
