Trevor in appliances was fantastic. I feel like sales associates these days have rudimentary knowledge and I'm used to doing tons of research on my own. This Sears associate knew the ins and outs of the appliances! Further, he gave us his contact info and promptly updated us on progress when we had a question. Great experience!

went to service counter in auto section asked if i could pay for my items there they said no . they called for a cashier i waited 4 minutes dropped my stuff and left. poor service it's no wonder that sears employees get paid so little with such a poor work ethic or accountability. it's no wonder that people just continue to shop online i don't have to wait 4-20 minutes just to pay for something.. the manager at sears should be written up where was he ? where in the world are the cashiers at sears ? this just happened for a second time in ten days com on sears get it together

Trip to the Auto Center for tires was great. Very friendly staff and fast service. Had a 1pm appt and showed up @12:30 and they had me in by 12:45 and done by 1:45, all on a Friday afternoon(appointment was made same morning).

My mother bought a freezer on May 28 2017 and it was delivered June 2 2017. The freezer was missing 2 screws to attach the handle. She contacted customer service regarding the screws. They never returned the call. A short time later, she called customer service and they told my mother that they didn't send the screws because they didn't know if she was the one calling to request the screws. She received a package in the mail, finally, only to open it up and find ONE screw the WRONG size. The customer service people were rude to her as well.

Sears, in my opinion, might I suggest your company see a proctologist, to remove your heads from your rectal cavities.
