Tonight was my second time selling items to this store.  Just about all the items that I took in were brand new some with tags and some without, some brand name as well. I had several toys that were never opened, a brand new horse stable, American Girl wardrobe, and other items never opened. I took the offer because I didn't want to drag the stuff back home. There were a few pair of jeans that were rejected and some shirts. However, when I explored the store and saw some of the other items in the store compared to my items that were not accepted I couldn't understand why. I think it just depends who is looking over the items. The resale of items in the store is pretty expensive.

Large assortment of children's used clothing in good condition. Have been purchasing these used clothes from size 4T up to the size 7 my grand daughter and grandson  are in now and it has been a real blessing. 99.9% of the clothing have been free of any problems whatsoever. I do believe that they do a very good job of screening the used clothing to be able to provide the very best selection of used clothing that they can

Excellent store! The aisles are very narrow and its hard to get around with a cart but other than that its the best! Good quality and clean stuff!

Horrible first experience....i took mostly new items and they were giving me leads them  $2 per item..such as a suede Sherling brand new coat with a tag of $85..well this place offered me $1.90 for this coat so it got even worst with other items..i honor the fact that this is business however I don't honor the rip off. Not to mention their resale prices are a,little on tbe,high side for most of their clothing...i would just feel better donating these kids clothing to a women's shelter that's helps women to go in and shop free for their kids during difficult times and I encourage others to do the same. Having the feeling of helping others is more important than having an extra $30 in your pockets especially at others gain.

I have been thoroughly upset with my visits at this store. Multiple times I have driven 30 minutes to sell my items then turned away due to outlandish reasons. I brought in a stroller and called ahead of time to see if they accepted it . When I came to the location I  was turned away again. The stroller was a Britax with the feature to snap two car seats.

I’m done with this location and will take my items elsewhere.
