I ordered a jacket in store and chose in store pick up since I was told it would be quicker than having it delivered to my house. Well that was two weeks ago. Every time I call, I cannot get ANYONE on the phone at all. I called the customer service line and was put on hold for 20 minutes (no joke) for them to say they can't tell me a thing about when my order will come in. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER even bother to shop here again.

I dislike JC PENNEY, the service is horrible. Not enough workers. 

Just not a place I plan to return. 

The store wasn't even crowded to experience such bad service. 

Too complicated to handle returns. The people work slow and inefficient.

I love JCPenney I go there twice a month at least . Marley Station Mall is my favorite. Robin and Pat are the greatest.

A 1-1/2 months to have a $1600.00 Sealy mattress delivered. On the delivery day a mattress without the foundation was delivered. Can't blame the delivery man, his manifest asked for the delivery of a mattress, no mention of a foundation. JCPenneys should just close their doors forever, you're done.
