For one, I'm not getting paid for this review. Matt has been one of many trusted auto mechanics that I go to. He is thee only one in the Columbus area that I will ever go to. His prices are reasonable. Im a firm believer of "you get what you pay for" I have tried going cheaper routes, but end up with more issues than the original one in the past. But I can honestly say that anything Matt has worked on with any of my vehicle's has been top quality service. Great personality and very knowledgeable in what he does!!!! Finally a mechanic who doesn't screw you over with service and prices 🙌

Matt, the owner of One Call, is an honest man and did the work on my vehicle himself. He provided an estimated that was well under competitive prices. When discussing issues I was having, Matt was straight-forward when providing what was needed to get my car fixed. He defined items that are necessary, work that could wait, and fixes that could be needed "down the road".

I am pleased with the work Matt and the team at One Call provided. After fixes to my right-front wheel and replacing my right-front shock (2 year-old car), I am satisfied with the results. 

I will be going back to Matt and One Call. Thanks for the work, Matt!

Amazing service! Honest man with fair price. Explained to me what I needed and didn't need.  Didn't try to take advantage of the fact I didn't no much about cars. Came in with multiple issues and he handled what I needed at the best price I could find. Will be mechanic from now on!!

The owner of this shop is truly a genuine person. He checked my car and gave me honest answers, his services are probably the cheapest in Columbus. And when he realized how difficult a situation I was in, he offered to let me keep my vehicle there with no charge! I feel truly blessed to have found him. I recommend One Call Auto Mechanic for all your vehicle maintenance.

Matt and Team from what I have seen take pride in what they do. The prices are extremely competitive and the service is great. Based on the work I’ve had done it’s always solves an issue and am never pressured into having “other work” done. Keep up the great work and we will continue to bring all our vehicles to you HIGHLY recommended!
