I was referred to Wayne's Auto Repair in Powell by a friend. On the weekend of a family member's out-of-town wedding, my vehicle needed immediate- yet last minute- service in order to ensure it's safety for the travel. Even as a new customer, Wayne's Auto Repair quickly went out of their way to service my vehicle on the same day. I was already impressed by this accommodation- but Wayne's continued to impress with a clean and comforting location, friendly and welcoming staff, and quick and quality service. My family and I have serviced our family's cars at Wayne's twice since... Wayne's is our new, and only, auto repair shop. Thank you for the excellence!

This shop was the best! Friendly staff that makes sure you understand what your vehicle needs. They have good prices that aren't jacked way up to make money. I will definetly be back!

They tried to sell me a wheel bearing for $650 when I had previously purchased one for $250 from another auto shop. I talked them down to $380. Then two days later, that new wheel bearing came loose because it was ”improperly installed” according to Firestone. Not good. Definitely get second and third opinions on the rates they give.

Honest, Great Customer Service, and prompt. I don't trust auto shops, everyone has a horror story to tell. I've taken my car four times to Wayne's Auto Repair shop. They have been straight with me every time. I  know because I make sure to get second opinions, and validate the repairs. My VW Jetta 2007 is still running, and I have no complaints. The owner frequents the shop often, which to me is good. It shows that he values his shop, and his customers. Bottom line do your due diligence when selecting an Auto Repair shop. All I can tell you is my experience with them has been good.
