Mike Sheldon was the One Call Houston personnel that responded to the call for service.  Another plumbing company had been out as part of the home warranty and indicated that there was no main sewer clean out drain to be found.  I relayed these findings to Mike who refused to believe that the drain did not exist.  We walked around the house and did not find anything, but again Mike went a step further and got a probe and continued the search.  His professionalism and determination to resolve the problem led him to find the main sewer clean-out hidden and then was able to proceed.  This action alone spoke to his personal commitment to the customer as well as to his company and we appreciated that greatly.  The problem turned out to be major as the lateral line leading to the city line was clogged with roots, made of concrete, and broken in a few places.  We moved forward with the replacement and all went well.  This was also a few days before Harvey hit so it was great that Mike was able to move this job along and get the work completed in a timely fashion.  I know I am going on and on, but Mike Sheldon's service and commitment was second to none, top notch, professional, and demonstrated true commitment to himself as a professional and to One 1 Call Houston as an organization.  It is people like Mike that make a company great!!!!  Keep up the great work and thanks much.  God bless and keep. . . . .

Great experience working with Ryan and his crew of installers. The original diagnosis was incorrect and a new system needed to be installed. We were outfitted with a portable AC unit the night before the installation and the cost of the original fix was comped from the costs. Ryan & One Call went above our expectations with professionalism during the in-house installation, empathy during the financing process and finally ensuring that the work was done well once the process was completed. We will use them again in the future and recommend to friends&family!

Nick ... I think his last name was Young, came to fix our primary drain line that was clogged and spilling into the 2nd pan. He was great to work with. Super fast, and communicated what needed to be done. One Call also gave us a call ahead to let us know when our service provider would be heading over! Would use again!

Tried calling another AC company (at night) when my AC went out and they did not answer. Called 1 Call Houston and they immediately answered. 

Nick was very professional with his explanations and service and did his best to help us out during a trying time after Harvey. I'll be using 1 Call again in the future.

Rigo came out and guided me through locating my gas valve for stove and other plumbing issue. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs service. Friendly, quick, and great tech. Even turned down tip. Great people and reliable company.
