I will never shop here again. The sales lady played on her phone the entire time I was in the store, and never greeted, acknowledged, or offered any help. I left without purchasing anything and said I would not be returning. The sales lady followed me outside and said "that's fine." I have never been treated so unprofessionally in a retail store. They do not care about their customers.

NO STARS They are the WORST! Me n my girls go in this jewelry store, this girl explains all d offers they have and let's us shop .. I try on a earring, n she stands there as if nothing is wrong. After which.. she exclaims "mam.. U TRY, U BUY!" Well .. it was $1.99 and I was ok to buy, provided they had a sign board for this rule which I missed. (THEY DID HAVE ONE FOR LIPSTICK SECTION). But, they did not have a sign board for earrings. the response "it's common sense and everyone knows it! And u have to buy ". I politely let her know that I wasn't aware of this rule ( since no1 in any other shops have mentioned it ever nor was there a store policy sign board) and did not really like it to buy it. I did offer to sanitize with my hand sanitizer tho .. She says I have to buy them or she'd call her manager . I expected manager to talk something sensible.. but the lady on call was TOTAL NUTS! I and my friends walk out and never going back ever again. WORST ATTITUDE EVER! Just sad

I here people complain and one person call it junk well you all just need to grow up I go there all the time and people that work there are so nice I don't know were you go but it is a nice store and if you think its junk or don't like it don't go there go pay outrageous prices for you things else were

I purchased some sets of their Boutique Jewerlry. The sales girl put them in a bag. When I asked if she could wrap them indiviually in tissue she stated they did not do this. SO upon getting them home the same day I discovered two of the sets were broken beyond a simple repair. So I returened the sets and found the same sales girl working, the one with the bad attitude. They will not exhange nor replace damaged sets even though they apparently were damaged by throwing them in a bag to knock against each other. So be careful when you shop here, you get attitude, poor service, but what else can you expect from a one dollar junk store right?
