Wonderful experience.    Had work done on my wedding ring.  It needed 20 prongs replaced.    It looks like a brand new ring.    So happy with it.  
And I had a gift I needed to exchange.   The sales lady was awesome as usual.   So patient and helpful trying to find the perfect Pandora ring to replace one that didn't fit me.     Won't go anywhere else!

I absolutely love Connie & V Cross. They are by far the best in fine jewelry. They take great care of you, and if you can imagine it, Mrs Connie can find the stones for it, and V can yield it. I recommend that anyone who is looking for their one of a kind engagement ring go to Connie & V Cross!

Have a unique tiny diamond cross necklace Connie's remade 5! . Did a great job! Have 3 sisters in Texas that had 4. Price very fair! Connie's took all sister info, contacted & mailed to them. Thankful I didn't have to deal with that! I'll continue doing business with Connie's, always professional and beautiful work!!

From the moment we walked in,  the experience was so refreshing.  This store is not stuffy and offers a very inviting atmosphere.  Many items are displayed to encourage  customers to reach out and touch and appreciate. The store was very busy the day we went in, with everyone seeming to enjoy their visit,  just as we were. I don't remember the name of the lady that waited on us, but it was done  in a timely manner with all of our needs met. 
This is indeed  a very friendly jewelry store, that seems to have something for every price range and makes each person feel welcome in whatever range that might be.
