Professionals from Start to Finish

My 27 year-old Trane system finally bit the dust, so I got bids from three different companies on a replacement A/C and furnace: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Sharp-Long 72 Degrees, and Groom's Appliance, Heating & Cooling. I decided on One Hour based on price, warranty, and reputation (under $8 grand for a 3-ton 2-stage 16 SEER A/C and 96% high efficiency furnace financed through the HERO program. 10yr parts and labor warranty). Comfort Advisor Billy LeBrun was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very nice guy, used to be in car sales, but never came off as pushy. The new system was just installed yesterday and the technicians were outstanding. It took 12 hours, but they worked nearly non-stop until it was done and I am very happy with the final product. Once the system kicked on, it went from 81 degrees to 73 in about an hour. My old worn-out system struggled to do that in 5 hours. Needless to say, we all slept like babies last night. I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! (BTW, can't wait to see my electric bill next month)

The gentlemen that came to tune up my air conditioner were absolutely amazing!! Mr. Street explained to me different things he was doing and was very thorough with the check up. They were both very professional, personable  and knowledgeable with everything. It was my first time using OHHandAC. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!!! Thanks for the great service!!!!

The technician showed up on time when promised, went directly to our A/C unit and diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes.  He was clear and concise on what the problem was and what it would take to fix it.  Upon approval, our unit was cooling again in about another 10 minutes.  The price was reasonable, the service was at an expert level, and the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional... thanks Brandon.  And all of this was on a Sunday!  Thanks again One Hour Heating and Air... your business card is now attached to our home unit for easy reference.

every technician on site were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. i want to also include the sales technician. the only thing i would have liked to have seen a better job at was sealing the old penetrations in the floor and the vents to the roof
