These people were amazing! Custom building my home in making every modification that I asked perfectly. Their craftmamship is absolutely gorgeous. This is my forever home but if I would ever build again I would use them. Their warranty work is exceptional they came out even at 15 months to fix things when my warranty ended at 12 months. Every home I've ever been in of theirs is done exceptionally. When choosing a builder I would definitely look into them as they are amazing at what they do! So happy with my house. I looked at many homes prior and I so happy I went them. The have every detailed Covered!

Great construction features. Unbelievable warranty. I don't think you can find a builder that is any better. Great Value.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to build with SAB. The quality of their homes is second to none and they stand behind their product. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

SAB was Awesome to work with. Working with Raelynn from the initial purchase, working thru various changes and change orders to the final closing...she made it simple and easy. Working with Interior Designer Katie on all of the Selections. It could not have been easier...for the most part they were all done in one day with a few tweaks here and there. During the build process, working with Jim D. He made it all happen on the Job Site. Jim was always available and when something needed to be done, he made it happen. The follow up Warranty Work with Adrienne...again, she made it simple. Make a list of things that need to touched up and it was scheduled and done. Great Experience working with SAB!!!

I have worked with SAB a lot, they are very professional, and always to go the extra mile to ensure both their vendors and customers are completely happy! They take pride in what they do!
