I'm not a carpenter, just an average home owner Joe. When I go into One stop, I feel very comfortable. I used to go to the Home Depot and deal with a bunch of empty heads, but now at one stop I get the professional help that I ask for. Thank you

Every time I go there, I am treated with friendly helpful service - I have never gone in there and been ignored like in some stores. They may not have the same selection of every item that you'll find in larger stores BUT they have many obscure things there that you'll never find at the big stores. My replacement windows came from them as well, and when there was a problem with one of them, they had the factory rep come out and show me the problem and teach me what to do about it. They are on my go-to list.
