Hands down my FAVORITE boutique. The owner, Chelsea Mercer, makes every visit in her store the best one. I live in Florida and purchase things from the store very frequently. She follows through with orders and makes sure everything is delivered in a timely manner. She makes sure to have the best selection of clothes and accessories perfect for everyone. I am constantly receiving compliments on my clothes and to be honest, majority of them come from One Thirty Red.  If you have not shopped here before, YOU ARE MISSING OUT.  You will not be disappointed!

My absolute favorite clothing boutique in Wayne county!! I feel SO sexy yet classy in her clothes. Plus she makes me feel like a million bucks when I'm trying on clothes. What I love the most though, is that the owner Chelsea is HONEST when something doesn't look good when I'm trying on clothes, which means I know I'll always look my best when I leave her store - that's a good store owner and GREAT customer service!!

LOVE this store! Chelsea constantly has new items coming in and they're all super cute at an awesome price. She puts her all into making sure that every person who walks through the door gets a personalized experience and finds exactly what they are looking for (whether it be for a special occasion or just because). Hands down best boutique in Goldsboro!!
