I got in the loan office at 10am to complete a loan application. I didn't leave until 5pm because they kept putting customers in front of me. Terrible service. Incredibly frustrating to even apply because they are always putting people ahead of you.

I was in the booth waiting to sign papers and the woman I was working with went out to help 2 other customers. I was waiting to sign papers for over an hour. Ridiculous.
