Don't get me wrong, the product is good to consolidate your credit card debt. But HOLY COW, there is no customer service ethic here. The lady we dealt with called almost immediately after getting the online application in. She sets me up for a 4:30pm appointment because "She has an appointment at 5 and that's the latest appointment", no problem. I got off work early to get my wife and speed there to make the 4:30 appointment time. We walk in and the secretary was rude as can be. Starts talking to me then holds up a finger to make me stop so she can answer the call she was on. I understand you have to make the calls and everything, but don't start talking to me. Just address me and ask me to wait. Then she seems very annoyed that we're there for an appointment. She walks us back to a closing room and asks for our paperwork. Walks away to take them and scan them. 25 minutes go by before anyone even comes into the closing room with us. Not sure why they even made an appointment for 4:30 if you're not going to keep it. I could understand if you were busy and someone came back to update us, but nothing!! The lady I spoke with earlier comes in and gives me back my ID and starts going over the benefits they offer. She lets me and my wife go over them in private and leaves. She tells us to just open the door and she'll hear it and come back in for us. We open the door and about 6 minutes later she comes back in. She tells us what we can borrow and then has to leave to go put it all in her computer, even though there was a computer in the room. It doesn't make sense to put a computer in the closing room is it won't do everything the customer needs done to close the loan. We didn't even get out of there until 5:45, when they close at 5:30. Just doesn't make any sense to make an appointment if they aren't even going to keep it. Not only that, but she says the amount will be deposited the next morning by 9am. I confirmed this with her 3 times, making sure it will for sure be in the account by then. It's now 11:20am and there is nothing in my account. It's one thing to not have customer service, but don't promise the funds will be in by a certain time if they wont be. People rely on that money to make their bills and now they have to just sit and wait for it to come through. This is a better option than a payday loan store, that's for sure. But just don't expect to be treated like a valued customer and definitely don't worry about the appointment time because they sure don't!!

They are thorough and friendly and get you what you need when you need it. They also make sure you have the right insurance for you and when they explain stuff to you, they talk to you like a human being and not a puppy. I love and will continue doing business with them.

EDIT: I previously posted a review for this location. I wanted to clarify that not only was I promised the deposited funds by 9am the next day (Friday), but when I called the office asking why they were not there after 4 hours of waiting, A lady says that "it could take 24-36 hours for the funds to be deposited". After I asked why that was never said, she transferred me to my agent I worked with. She says that "For sure they will be in the account today and to just wait a bit longer and I will see them come through." Here it is Saturday, over 40 hours from the time of completion and I still don't have any funds deposited into my account!!! This is completely unacceptable. The customer service at this location is so unbelievably off.
