This review is for OneMain, in general, not the employees at the location specified. 
       While OneMain did provide a much needed loan to help us, which we very much appreciate, we do not feel that we would ever do business with them again. They call repeatedly for payments before due dates. They even called my wife's work number after we had asked them not too. 
        When we decided to just pay off the loan to be rid of them, we logged in to check the payoff amount. We could not find it, so we called for help with the website. The local office did not know how to do this, so they gave us a 1-800 number to call. I called, waited on hold for about 30 minutes. The representative wanted to first verify my account info and identity, even after I told her that I'm not seeking any account specific information, and I only wanted to know how to access the payoff amount on the website. After trying to argue with me for several minutes, she finally told me that they don't allow customers to view their payoff amount. WHAT?!?!!? What could possibly be the reason for denying customers access to their payoff amount?

I've been a long time customer and have had nothing but an amazing experience with springleaf. Dane is absolutely the best!  She knows her business and she is quick and easy. In and out no hassle, just how I like it. Thanks again for many good years.
