If I could give them a zero star I would. Sheniqa don't know her last name but she is the laziest most unprofessional person to be in her profession. She doesn't return phone calls, she likes to their customers, she tells you one thing then retracts what she originally said. They said we were approved for the loan. Then all of a sudden theirs all these stipulations to the agreement that we wouldn't have agreed to on the initial day of applying for the loan. We were asking for a loan and they said before I receive the money I need to have the title for the vehicle that we haven't purchased and have it registered and fully insured before we get the money. Well if I could do that then why in the hell would I need the loan then. They have a very stupid way of doing business and will never do business with them and encourage others to think it there before you make the decision to get their loan. Be cautious.
