My honest opinion you can only deal with certain people since they have different locations.  From my experience dealing with the sales persons up town I would never go and do business if GREG is there.  He thinks cause your asking for a loan on something of value he's doing you a favor.  He has no customer service skills at all.  He needs to go-to school for manners and how to talk to people.  Me personally I would rather deal with the store on Davie Ave where Jeff works because he treats people with respect.  Hands down Jeff gets 5 stars.  If I ever meet any one with no customer service skills I'd rather deal with city pawn.  They always on the job.  No issue with Jeff.  He will keep me coming back.

These people lie constantly to give you the least amount of money for what you attempt to pawn. Was told that I have to pawn an entire drum set to get anything for a snare drum that is specifically marketed individually. Legal criminals in my opinion. They gave me $30 for a 28 inch flat screen with no defects that was only a few months old.

This place is terrible the man I delt with was extremely rude I was told one price 8 days prior waited the 8 days and then was told a price completely different I have bought tools from this place in the past and was happy now I will never step foot in any of these stores I will let everyone know how terrible this place is!!!!!!!!

The ppl that run this establishment are awesome always friendly, and smiling  everytime i go there. Great movie selection.  I refer ppl to go to this pawn shop.

Went to pawn our PS4 with an extra controller and 4 new games. The woman at the counter was rude and had a complete disregard for our belongings. She even tossed one of the haves (not on the case) on top of the system and when asked not to do that told us it wasn't even worth 150$. Never again will we go here and will be sure to advise anyone who asked how horrible our experience was.
