Worst experience ever. I am a car dealer and have sent several customers to get loans here in the past. Now that they've changed names it's totally different. Had multiple lies told to me by Mary in the office as well as her being very rude. Told me they'd been trying to get in touch with my customer and couldn't - lie! The customer told me herself that she'd spoke to them. Then when I had the customer call and sat in their office they told the customer they never told me that. Lies lies lies. They tried to tell me the app didn't get here until yesterday when I personally dropped it off two days ago. Just lies. Strongly suggest against doing business with this place. call mariner finance or Nicholas finance if you need a loan. They process that day. Much better service as well.

I was approved online for an $11,000 loan. I missed 2 calls from this location while relocating to Florida. Once I arrived I called and they said they had withdrew my application without my consent. I'm not sure how legal that is but they never called me back after I left numerous messages. I was obviously approved for $15,000 through another company. My credit is 710, I really was hoping to use one main to consolidate a few bills, but the professionalism at this location was non existent.

I've never experience such poor customer service in my life. Since getting my loan I've had nothing but issues. They have double charged me, added late fees for there mistakes and taken my money and not documented payment. I'll never use them again nor should anybody else.
