I went to this PNC branch because it had 5 stars.  They deserve this and more... and I am not even a customer!  It is a highly professional bank with a local, customer oriented feel.  I had a frustrating issue with my online bank that Melissa was able to help me resolve.  I can't thank them enough for working things out with me, which they didn't have to do.
