The people at one main are not friendly AT ALL! They harass you, sometimes even before due dates. I love the comment I read about they are like the MAFIA. So on point.Then ,trying to make a payment online is impossible. The website is awful, the info is incorrect or non existant, a scary experience, and this company is big! I don't get it at all.

Worst company to work with. They refuse to honor the Service Member Civil Relief Act. Gave me several conflicting stories why, none of it makes sense. I will never work with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They haven't given me a statement in months. I call every month and play their games, but still haven't seen a single statement, online or in my mailbox. I can't wait to pay this off ASAP.

I will never borrow a dime from this company again. They NEVER respond to complaints. Their numbers never match up and they can never explain it. Interest rates are worse than the mafia. Borrow from the Mafia before this company!

Needed the money but should have checked the company out first. It's impossible to pay off, the interest is extremely high. Most of your money goes in their pocket not on your loan. Screwed me over pretty bad. Never again!
