It was great until the end. We noticed that it may be our last payment at last so I called to verify that was the case. Was told yes our balance was zero. We noticed another payment had tried to go through, but since we were told it was done, the money wasn't there. So it bounced. We keep receiving bills so we called again and they told us we were due small refund. So I went online in my account and stopped the recurring auto payments. They tell us now we owe less than 20 bucks. Now you would think IF we had another payment that bounced we would owe the payment plus the bounce fee. When I try to show them reason, they can't explain why just that I owe. We continue to receive bills for the whole payment and asked them to stop, they explained as long as I owe the bills will continue. I try to explain the bills are for the full payment and they are actually going to argue with me. It is Sept of 2017 and I have a bill in my possession that states payment due Feb 2018. Am I really going to be pestered this long after I had it paid in full. I will never use this company again and will warn any one else considering to change your mind before they suck you in also.
