They everything to get me a loan and was very nice and went through everything with us
I went in for a bigger loan, however they offered me a smaller loan to get started. The payments are lower than paying on 3 credit cards. I would recommend OMF to anyone who wants to better manage their credit.
This is the first time I've ever requested a loan, and for me at least, it really worked out. Consolidated two bills, I now own my car and I lowered my monthly payments from $330 mo. to $204 mo. OneMain Financial and it's employees made it very easy to understand and complete the process.
Me and my wife together have a title loan with this guys and I myself only has a seperate personal loan with them. Two separate account. So my wife paid off the title loan but these guys is still not sending us that title. Holding on to the title. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get loan from this guys. All rip off anyways but worse here. I'll put the car out there if they think we still owed them then they should come and reposes it.

Ideally it should have been good but some where in the middle it started to get annoying. This lady Ket was helping me, we had gone over a few things and bc I'm a server my net income is small. I obviously make all my money in tips. She seemed confused and borderline rude about how I survived off that small of an income... She was finalizing the papers and I had to put some of the money towards an account on my credit report... Which I planned on doing. I didn't understand clearly a few things and she retorted " we went over that already, I thought you understood. " In no way did she make me feel comfortable or wanted in there. She also had some judgement thoughts on my loan amount. It's not her businesses to worry about me. I would HIGHLY recommend going some place else.
Jasmine was so nice and very personable. She was extremely thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process along the way. It was very easy to talk to her and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
The last two loans I've gotten from you has been fine except for the fact that you keep forgetting to release the titles. Took me a year to get the title for my truck after the account was paid off and now it'll be four months before I get a title for my ATV , Because somebody didn't release the title after I paid my loan off to the DMV
I wish I could give negative stars, this "financial institution" is a horrible place to do business with. I went in for a small loan for my daughters birthday and the girl said, looks like we could also lower your car payments if you want to refinance. Being the dumbshit I am and the hurry I was in, I accepted. Mind you I had already had my car for 3 years and only had 2 more years to pay off my KIA FORTE! Not an expensive car whatsoever, but like I said, I was in a hurry, and only saw the money I was going to get for the birthday. Now after 3 years of my HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MISTAKE "refinancing" I owe $8,900 on 6 year old KIA FORTE! I will be reporting this place to the BBB. No matter how desperate you think you are, please don't make the same stupid decision I made!
A bunch of crooks. Don't use this place. They wouldn't allow me to fully payoff the loan and kept charging. Then sent a late payment notice to the credit bureaus for $7
