This company is the worst finance company out there. Do not finance with them if you want to pay it off early. We still had to pay a year and a half of finance charges. Also the worst people to deal with on all levels. I seriously do not think they are too busy to return same day or next day phone calls. I do NOT recommend them!!

I had a piece of equipment financed through Western Equipment Finance. As I was nearing the end of my term I decided to pay it off a few months early. I attempted several times to pay off the equipment. They refused to process my payments 7 times in 82 days. I would attempt to read them my bank account info and they would begin talking as soon as I started with the routing number. I emailed them with my info and they refused my payments. The people are rude, very inconsiderate, incompetent. Trust me these reviews about poor service and rude people are accurate!!!

Best signature loan bank for equipment that I've ever worked with.  I've bought several pieces over the last 8 years.

This company has poor customer service.  I called their billing department asking the representative to explain my bill to me.  When she was unable to, I asked to speak to a supervisor.  Kayla B. rudley asked me what my conversation would be with her supervisor so she could explain it to her supervisor and her supervisor would decide if she wanted to speak with me or not.  I wasn't surprised when I was sent straight to voicemail.  I left a message for a callback.....that was 3 weeks ago.  I was able to get an explanation by calling other departments and I explained what happened with Kayla.  Their excuse for her - she works in billing - she is not a customer service rep.  WOW!!!  All I can say is she wouldn't work for me.  Too bad I had to give 1 star to write this review.
