Oni is the ONLY place I trust with my natural curly needs and products. The owner is a hard working woman who has made a true name for herself in the hair business. She did my Big Chop three years ago and has helped my hair tremendously since!

I had a customer service issue that began back in June. I spoke with the owner and after our conversation I felt that we had the matter resolved. She stated that she would issue a refund. It is now September I have not received the refund. I made her aware of this and followed up to no avail.

We at Oni Hair Studio would like to publicly apologize to the dissatisfied client who had an unfortunite experience with one of our stylist. In the event to determine consistency with one hired stylist to the next, we have been able to minimize such experiences forward. But to make it clear we gave the person with the complaint an immediate invite to redeem our relationship with her plus without delay reimbursed the client to minimize the negative view with us. Perfection sometimes doesn't reach everyone everyday nevertheless Oni Hair Studio & Spa ( now located at 17300 Saturn Lane #112 Clearlake, Texas 77058 ) will do what's necessary to accommodate our constituence. Thank you for your support and honesty!!
